Don’t Run When EFCC Invites You – Cubana Chief Priest Tells Nigerians

Pascal Okechukwu, popularly known as Cubana Chief Priest, has advised Nigerians against avoiding the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
He emphasized that EFCC operatives handle suspects with professionalism, conducting investigations and pursuing legal action rather than resorting to physical abuse.
Cubana Chief Priest stressed that attempting to evade EFCC invitations or resist arrest would ultimately prove futile, as the agency is adept at tracking down individuals regardless of their attempts to hide.
However,he commended the hospitality of the EFCC, highlighting that individuals detained by the agency are provided with adequate sustenance, including three-square meals in their cell.
On his Instagram page, Cubana Chief Priest wrote: “The Eagle will always fly so high to catch you wherever you hide.
“No need to run when @officialefcc invites you, just pull up and answer them, they don’t bite, they don’t beat, they only investigate and prosecute. For their cell, toilet & bathroom dey, even breakfast, lunch & dinner is served so tell me why are you running.”
Recalls that Cubana Chief Priest was recently arraigned before Justice Kehinde Ogundare of the Federal High Court, Lagos, by the EFCC on a three-count charge bordering on abuse of the Naira.
He was, however, granted bail for N10 million with two sureties in like sum after pleading not guilty.
